What are the house rules?
House rules include:
- No parties & no events.
- Quiet hours are after 9 pm.
- No fires are allowed.
- Tenants must roll trash cans to the end of the driveway on trash day and bring them in the same day. Failure to do so will result in a $150 fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a strict cancellation policy. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The final second 1/2 payment is required 30 days prior to check-in. Due to high demand and advanced bookings, cancellations close to check-in leave us with limited options to rebook.
What is the maximum number of overnight guests allowed?
The maximum number of overnight guests is 10, with a maximum of 6 adults. The minimum age requirement for guest booking a reservation is 26.
What beach gear do you provide?
We provide 1 beach cart, 4 foldable beach chairs, and 1 beach umbrella for your convenience.
Is the beach suitable for swimming?
Yes, the beach is suitable for swimming. However, we recommend supervising children at all times as there is no lifeguard on duty.
Can we bring our pets?
Yes, pets are allowed with an additional $150 cleaning fee. However, dogs are not allowed on the beach due to state law.
